The criteria for having a Wikipedia article on something are described in WP:Notability. Basically, if there has been news about an organization, it is notable and gets an article. Given, all the news about the AAFM has been negative, all but calling it a scam. This is reflected in the article itself. So we don't eliminate articles for the reason you gave.

Now, if there are verifiable parts of the story that we are missing, we could incorporate them into the article. Instead of telling us that the organization is a scam in the article page, editing the talk page will allow you to bring any information you have to the editors' attention. Click "talk" and then "edit" to edit the talk page rather than the article. RJC TalkContribs 22:19, 12 August 2012 (UTC)Reply
