Eurobasket 2015 qualifying edit

Romania still have to play Latvia so when you remove 2 games against Slovakia they have 2 wins a 1 lose to Latvia, which they played in last match, so they still can have 2-2 versus first and third team, therefore they are not surely qualified

YOU ARE RIGHT!

re:EURO UNDER 17 edit

I reverted because you made incorrect edits not updating the timestamp and by reverting, you were at same time notified about the issue instead of me having to leave you a message at your talkpage (and perhaps even warning you). Then I made a standard self-undo and corrected the dates in the process, which many editors do. There is no need to get upset about that, I am sorry if I upset you. Just make sure to update the dates next time and and explanation why you put teams as eliminated/advancing in a edit summary would be great. Have a nice day. QED237 (talk) 18:10, 27 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Okay I can understand that, but in fact I did not start from the beginning again, I pressed "undo" at my own edit and just corrected the dates in the edit box, it took two seconds and I did not have to do it myself. Fast way notifying the other editor but still allowing the edit, without the extra time it takes to write a message on a talkpage. QED237 (talk) 20:21, 27 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

June 2015 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. At least one of your recent edits, such as the edit you made to 2015–16 UEFA Champions League, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at the welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make some test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. Qed237 (talk) 19:17, 3 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at 2015–16 UEFA Champions League. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been reverted or removed.

  • If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor then please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
  • If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive, until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively could result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Qed237 (talk) 21:51, 3 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

Seeding at 2015–16 UEFA Champions League edit

Hi, please do not ignore the comment that say we should not add seeding yet. The case has been discussed at Talk:2015–16 UEFA Champions League#Seeding and we have decided not to add it until all teams and coefficients has been decided. I have already done all the seeding calculations at User:Qed237/sandbox#Seeding Champions League and you dont have to worry, it will be added as soon as everything has been decided, I will make sure of that. So please have some patience, your interest in keeping adding without discussion and consensus and against the hidden comments is disruptive. I think you can wait a few days. Thank you. Qed237 (talk) 22:48, 3 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

Just read what I wrote. There is consensus not to add seeding until all teams has been decided, I will add it on SUnday when everything is clear just like I did last season. Qed237 (talk) 19:29, 4 June 2015 (UTC)Reply
I said "soon" and "a few days" above didn't I? It will be added when all leagues has finished and what teams that will participate has been decided, which is late on Sunday. Qed237 (talk) 23:50, 4 June 2015 (UTC)Reply
Maribor will be seeded in third round if Lech Poznan wins league, Legia Warsaw will be seeded in third round if they win the league. Qed237 (talk) 12:46, 5 June 2015 (UTC)Reply
The WP:CONSENSUS is still to wait until ALL teams decided, simple as that. Qed237 (talk) 22:21, 5 June 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (  or  ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

A tag has been placed on Template:2015–16 Israeli Premier League Bottom playoff Round table requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion because it is an unused duplicate of another template, or a hard-coded instance of another template. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.

If the template is not actually the same as the other template noted, please feel free to remove the speedy deletion tag and please consider putting a note on the template's page explaining how this one is different so as to avoid any future mistakes (<noinclude>{{substituted}}</noinclude>).

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page's talk page, where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here.   Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at 2015–16 Israeli Premier League. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted or removed.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive, until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively could result in loss of editing privileges. Why would you remove existing table (and destroying the vte links by editing template name parameter) and after that create your own tables? Qed237 (talk) 23:53, 5 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

You recreated a template that already existed and then you changed the vte links in the currect template. Of course you were being disruptive. If you wanted the templates in a new name, why did you not just request a move instead of creating duplicates? Qed237 (talk) 14:20, 7 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
The newer templates should always be deleted in favour of those created first. All the teams and all the results will be added after the last match has been played because it is first at that time that the teams are in the next round. It is listed in my "to do"-list at User:Qed237/sandbox4#Upcoming events that the league has it's final match today (19:55 in my timezone) and that I should update the tables then. If you want you can do it then, it does not matter to me who does it, only that it gets done. Anyway, when the newer templates you created has been deleted the older templates can be moved to that name if needed. It is just a matter of agreeing to the new name, which is best done at the article talkpage where you started a discussion. The fastest way to delete the new templates is if you delete all content and then we tag with CSD A7 as user deleted, then it can be removed almost immediately instead of having to wait 7 days. Qed237 (talk) 14:54, 7 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
And by the way, the tables take 2 minutes to update, when all matches has been played. I am sorry if you have spent a lot of time on tables that already existed. Qed237 (talk) 15:04, 7 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

How to report people?Arni777 (talk) 15:59, 7 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Depends on why you want to report someone. Qed237 (talk) 17:03, 7 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
I guess from the same reason as you do Arni777 (talk) 18:05, 7 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
WP:AIV is for clear cut vandalism, WP:ANEW for edit warring, WP:ANI for special incidents and so on. There is a lot of different places depending on what you want to report. You can find them in Wikipedia:Noticeboards. Qed237 (talk) 19:22, 7 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Oshwah. I noticed that you recently removed some content from 2016–17 FIBA Europe Cup  with this edit, without adequately explaining why. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 2017–18 Israeli Premier League, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Lidor Cohen (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Position by round removal edit

I have removed the position by round section due to the fact that the football WikiProject had a vote to see if the position by round is needed in a seasonal article and by a vote of 11-10, it was suggested to drop it from all seasonal articles going forward. 2020–21 Toto Cup Al moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, 2020–21 Toto Cup Al, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
