Your reasoning to keep the page was flawed.

• Nobody "needs" a Wikipedia page
• Nobody owns a Wikipedia page
• Wikipedia is not a publicity platform for your recruiting and outreach efforts
• You shouldn't be creating this page at all due to your conflict of interest
• All article subjects must be notable. See Wikipedia:Golden rule for an overview of what is required for an article to be kept.

I noticed that one of the first articles you edited was Sarodiya Trust, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Hello Arnabadg, unfortunately the article in it's current form was not suitable for inclusion. It was copypasted from the organization's Facebook page and full of non-neutral language. As this seems to be your first article, I recommend to follow the step by step guide of WP:Your first article and create a new neutrally-phrased draft version in your own words.
