Hello Arijit, just to let you know that when an article is removed because it does not meet Wikipedia's many requirements, it is not appropriate to resubmit the same article under a different spelling. The only way I know to overcome an AFD decision to delete an article is to create an article in Draft space and submit it to Articles for Creation for review and, hopefully, approval. You need to get AFC approval because any article on this subject you put into the main space of the project will be deleted.

WP:SCHOOLOUTCOMES summarizes what happens to schools when their notability is contested, and primary schools are normally deleted.
