KIBET ARAP CHEMWOK- a biography

The late Kibet Arap Chemwok was born in Nandi County, Tinderet constituency in the year 1915, a reknowned peasant farmer, a leader, opinion shaper and a philanthropist, Arap Chemwok worked under the white settler KIPRAIMO, as a custodian of his wealth during the colonial period,however, this earned him respect which to date he's still accorded, this also earned him a chance to marry two wives including a british lady who's still alive with children and grandchildren, the late boasts of more than 20 sons and daughters, with several grand children. At some point he served as a "paramount chief" which made him look into more than 1000 cases and provide verdicts for the same. HIS LEGACY LIVES ON! ANYTIME YOU ARE IN TROUBLE, JUST SHOUT THE FAMILY NAME "KAPCHEMWOK" oR THE BIGGER FAMILY NAME "KAPPOKONG'"
