Disambiguation link notification for March 24 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Truth Commission for El Salvador, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Rubén Martínez. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 10:34, 24 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Derek Austin Chadwick edit

The article Derek Austin Chadwick has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

An actor with seven listed roles at IMDB, three of them uncredited.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. He is an up and coming actor...
Then he doesn't really qualify for a Wikipedia article, as our notability standard for actors, voice actors, comedians, opinion makers, models, and celebrities explains, a subject, at minimum, must have
  1. had significant roles in multiple notable films, television shows, stage performances, or other productions.
  2. a large fan base or a significant "cult" following.
  3. made unique, prolific or innovative contributions to a field of entertainment.
Derek Austin Chadwick doesn't fit any of those if he's "an up and coming actor". --Calton | Talk 17:08, 30 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

Derek Chadwick edit

Hi Aqilhc. I see you are working on the page Derek Chadwick for a school project. I move the page here Draft:Derek Chadwick (actor) so that it is not in the mainspace of Wikipedia. This will allow you time to work on the page without having to worry about deletion. Good luck with the assignment. --CNMall41 (talk) 23:30, 26 March 2017 (UTC)Reply
