French Wikipedia cannot be used as a reference

Apollinaire93, thanks for your contributions to Reconquête. I noticed this edit of yours where you changed the number of regional councillors from 10 to 7, with the accompanying edit summary, "See french page". I just wanted to let you know that all assertions of fact must be verifiable, and the best way to demonstrate this is by including a citation to a reliable source. Two things to note about this:

• a citation must be placed in the text of the article, between pairs of <ref> ... </ref> tags, and not in the edit summary field;
• a citation may not reference an article at Wikipedia (English, or French).By definition, Wikipedia is not a reliable source and you cannot use a French article as as source, neither in the edit summary, nor via a citation in the body text.
