April 2015 edit

If you are the copyright holder, please read Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for more information on uploading your material to Wikipedia. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted material, including text or images from print publications or from other websites, without an appropriate and verifiable license. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of content, such as sentences or images—you must write using your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. DMacks (talk) 20:41, 27 April 2015 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for advertising or self-promoting in violation of the conflict of interest and notability guidelines. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  DMacks (talk) 21:06, 27 April 2015 (UTC)Reply

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

confused here. First labeled as copyright infringement and now do to advertising.

Decline reason:

It is entirely possible to achieve both with the same edits. Please address both if you request unblock again. It will enhance your chances if you give us your present understanding of Wikipedia policies in both areas. --Anthony Bradbury"talk" 21:28, 27 April 2015 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Blocking admin comment: As Anthony Bradbury says, either are blockable problems. I observed both problems with your edits. That is, even if the content were not copyvio, it would be inappropriately promotional, and regardless of its tone we cannot accept copyvio material. Based on closer inspection after your later edits, I chose promotional as the underlying problem that would make it unlikely you would be allowed to make this type of edit even if you could avoid the copyvio concern.
