Clearly a completely nonsense article, but blanking the page does not delete it. Put in speedy deletion tags and an admin will delete it instead - Huzzhuzz

Stick one of these [1] at the top of the page. There's a fabulous range to choose from, but the nonsense one is the appropriate one for articles like that. - Huzzhuzz

Stubs

To just mark it as a general stub, put { {stub} } without the spaces at the bottom of the page (if I put the spaces in here it would classify your talk page as a stub). To make the stub specific, find a type of stub from here [2] (be warned, there's a lot... - Huzzhuzz
