Practicing the Basics

edit

Hi Anna! It's Josh, I was able to see your post on my talk page. I am thinking about doing something in education or maybe health. Do you have an idea of what you want to do?

Jmarrs94 (talk) 22:19, 2 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

Josh and Anna! That's so interesting, because I am also considering learning more about education and health. Have you all thought about exploring education outside of the US?

Health in Guatemala article

edit

Hi Annkat22. I have been working on several Spanish and English articles for Guatemala. Among those, I expanded the articles es:José Felipe Flores -famous 18th century Guatemalan physician-, es:Hospital San Juan de Dios (Guatemala) -Guatemalan largerst general hospital- and es:Facultad de Ciencias Médicas de la Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, the College of Medicine of Guatemala's only public University, all in Spanish. I could translate them into English if you think that will be value added to your work. Regards.--Nerdoguate (talk) 23:57, 1 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Health in Guatemala, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Mayan and Ladinos. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
