About me edit

I'm new to the Wikipedia process, but I have some current print publications from local libraries and museums about my local area and I wanted to start making them available to the online community. If anyone has any information about citing off-line materials that don't have ISBNs, I'd appreciate it. I'm using a lot of historical documents written by the public schools and government offices. I hope I'm able to make some previously little-known information a little more public, so thanks in advance for any advice you might have.

Birmingham City School District edit

Right now I'm working on some additions to the Birmingham City School District (Birmingham Public Schools) page for Birmingham, Michigan. I have a booklet that was made in 2006 called "From Slake Boards to Chalk Boards: A History of Birmingham Public Schools" that has a lot of information about the history of the school district and the individual schools. This 30-some page booklet was created by Birmingham Historical Museum and Park and the Birmingham School District.

Gossip Girl edit

Please stop removing content from the Gossip Girl page. Those sections are mainly for storylines. Also, Wikipedia isn't a place for opinions, don't use words like "abysmal". Happy to help if you have any questions regarding editing. Jayy008 (talk) 23:06, 12 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Ignore the first part, I studied your edits more closely and see that you mainly adding information, my apologies. However, you can't use words like "dismal," as it's a personal opinion. The offer to help still stands, but it will be good for you to change the wording yourself to get experience, I can do it though, if you like? Jayy008 (talk) 23:09, 12 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
I can see you're one of those ignorant users who are going to be difficult. I've made the changes myself, I won't try and speak to your first in future, I will go straight into warnings. Jayy008 (talk) 15:37, 14 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
I'm sorry you were so bothered by me. I went on the Gossip Girl site because it was something I knew a little about and thought I could make a few small changes as I practiced. I didn't realize this "talk" page existed, but I'm exploring more and learning. Annecron (talk) 18:06, 8 November 2010 (UTC)AnneReply
I apologize for my hastyness then. Jayy008 (talk) 20:21, 8 November 2010 (UTC)Reply
