Some of the pages you have created for Paul Hawkins and his various projects see more promotional than informative. They need to avoid what we call Peacock terms, and have references providing substantial coverage from 3rd party independent published reliable sources, print or online, but not blogs or press releases, or material derived from press releases. Almost all the references to the projects are from their own pages, and we cannot tell how important they are. I advise you to do this very quickly, before the article gets nominated for deletion .   • Note: creating articles when you have a COI is ok when you go through the draft process. But be warned that once the article goes into main space, those with a COI are greatly discouraged from making direct edits. Thanks for the heads up. I have a limited COI on the page as I am a volunteer board member of the organization. That is precisely the reason I created a Draft and sent the page into review. I will not edit the page after it has been created. Angus Parker (talk) 04:29, 1 July 2016 (UTC)Reply
