Hello Binksternet,
Thanks for your message. I noticed you removed a contribution I made about Sparks, claiming this is not reliable. I have been a Sparks fan since 1974 and have ran an information centre about Sparks since 1979. I'm in touch with thousands of Sparks fans, the Mael brothers, many ex-band members and I'm considered to be the most knowledgable and reliable source about Sparks within the fan community. What I write about Sparks is not made up or hear say but absolutely true.
With the considerable increase in interest in Sparks since Edgar Wright's documentary, I decided to revive the original FanMael website we ran in the late 90's. The Mael brothers are particularly impressed by that site.
The contributions I made are verifiably correct and I can show that to you if we can get in touch, somehow.
Hope to hear from you.
Best wishes,

Thank you for your message.
Wikipedia has a hard policy of WP:No original research. That means you cannot inform people of new information on Wikipedia—you cannot use Wikipedia as your first form of publication. Every article on Wikipedia is supposed to be a summary of the literature about that topic, so articles about Sparks should be telling the reader what has been published in WP:Reliable sources about Sparks. Facts found in Wikipedia articles must be WP:Verifiable in published sources. You are not allowed to insert facts that you yourself know to be true, that haven't been published.
