possible conflict of interest edit

hello, based upon your edit history, it appears you may have a conflict of interest in editing the articles you have edited. please see WP:COI for more information. Anastrophe (talk) 22:12, 5 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Anastrophe, I agree with the revert based on the content, but being a single-purpose account is not the same thing as having a conflict of interest. That said: Angus77, if you work for Secure64 --- a not-unreasonable assumption, given how much detail you have about them, can I ask you to please carefully read this page before continuing to edit anything about DNS products or Secure64? Thanks for contributing! --- tqbf 22:36, 5 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
well, not to be pedantic, but that's why i used the words "may have" in my first sentence, to acknowledge that there is no certainty. Anastrophe (talk) 23:34, 6 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
There is now! Mea culpa. Do you want to do a once-over on Secure64 Software, or do you not care? (Note: I have a relatively trivial COI here as well, but I do not work for or have equity in this company). --- tqbf 23:38, 6 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
i'll check out the article when i get a chance. if it's grossly out of compliance with WP policies i may take a few stabs at it, but otherwise i have bigger fish to fry. at least, i keep telling myself that when i'm wasting hours reverting vandalism here on wp. It's a bit vendor-y, but if you want to take my word for it, it's not going to get out of hand. You do have better things to do. =) --- tqbf 00:22, 7 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
