References are to the subject's memoirs, whose editor has some standing, but there are no secondary sources here that are very acceptable, and the book itself doesn't make the subject notable either. One review of the book is on a blog, the other appears to come from a newspaper--a subject needs more than that to become notable (Who's Who doesn't count). Needs more secondary sourcing.
