Yeah - there's real problems with it going on Wikipedia, I'm afraid - a brand new gaming group would almost certainly never pass Wikipedia's notability requirements - to get an article on Wikipedia something needs to have some major reason for having an article. Sorry, but an article on a group like that would be deleted pretty quickly if it were made. Look at it from wikipedia's point of view - if every group of a handful of friends that met up for gaming, or some other social activity, had an article, how many tens of millions of tiny articles would there be here? Also there's a problem with writing things about yourself - it leads to biased articles. If your gaming group becomes famous, sure enough someone else will write about it, but for now, no.
