Hello. The article you asked about was deleted in September 2007, nearly 2 years ago. At that time, it did not contain any statements supporting the company's notability, nor did it include any references.
You are welcome to recreate the article if you wish. I would suggest collecting as many reliable sources as you can and reading some other articles about businesses so you can get a feel for the appropriate tone. Often, articles about smaller businesses tend to read like press releases, and they are usually deleted for being too spammy.
