Why I reverted you edit
You removed basically well sourced (by our criteria) that showed that water safety has had considerable discussion and provided different views on the issue. Your reason was that you disagreed with it. That's just not good enough. If you think any of the sources fail WP:VERIFY or WP:RS you can go to WP:RSN. Note that the article doesn't take sides, it doesn't say it's unfit to drink. In the infobox, you removed the word "traditionally" which made it looks as though we know it was built around then. We don't, and nothing in the article mentions, let alone sources, that date. I'm going to WP:RSN now as the source for its history seems dubious. Doug Weller talk 13:08, 6 September 2019 (UTC)
