Request reason:

I feel the feedback I got from both platforms was rude and assumed I am trying to do bad things on Wikipedia. If I had been told sure you can't make a page about you that'd be fine. For both commentors to assume about my character and that I am doing self promotion is also disrespectful and a "personal attack". I am trying to crate a sample page to display my ability to create a page to a client. I am happy to receive input on what else to do if that sample can't be about me.

Nope. Be specific: State that you will not attempt to create/submit about yourself, and also apologize for any replies about other editors ("Fugly pottery like you?"). Wikipedia policy is that it is OK to dispute content, but not in any way to criticize or insult editors. Also, you wrote "I am trying to crate a sample page to display my ability to create a page to a client." That means you want to use Wikipedia for self-promotion, which is forbidden. The spotify link in #Personal CV, posted in response to a neutral comment about ENGVAR and after the block was enacted and after an unblock-req was declined for failure to address previous personal attack, emphasizess this editor's inability to behave in a civil and collaborative manner.
