There are conditions laid down to determine notability. If those conditions are met by any person, I can create article. You can either place a "Talk back" notice on their talk page, advising them of your reply on your talk page, or just wait and see if they happen to check your page. That said, I noticed your comments and wanted to ask if a) should you be making a Paid-contribution disclosure? And b) if so, have you already? If you haven't, but should, then it is strongly encouraged (read: mandatory) that you do so as soon as possible. Lastly, if you do make paid contributions, you should read and follow the relevant policies, some of which can be found on this Template for Paid Editors, where you can, for example, place one of the avaiable "Paid Editor" userboxes on your user page, as an easy way to abide by the policy. Please dont block the editor because he is needed to create articles for actors working in Zee TV serials. The person from ZEE5 informed us others are not doing wikipedia work currently so asked him. I have blocked the range 2402:3A80::/32 from your talk page. However, in view of the edit pointed out by DanCherek, you need to clearly state your status as a paid editor, in line with the instructions at WP:PAID. @Blaze Wolf: I guess you are not very clear with the past. I created my userpage for creating Rishton Ka Manjha (TV series) ((I was a ZEE5 employee)) but due to copyvio my article got rejected (maybe some other issues I forgot) later on someone created Rishton Ka Manjha (TV series) and my job is done. I said everything on User_talk:Anachronist talk page and said I'm removing my paid editing template and then I'm going as a normal Wikipedian. @Blaze Wolf: I originally blocked that range, but then I did more checking, and decided that a bigger range should be blocked. I blocked the bigger range, came here and posted about it, and then removed the smaller block. You must have checked during the time when both blocks were in place, and in that situation the software lists only the smaller range. (That's assuming you checked by looking at the editing history of one of the IP addresses. Some other ways of checking produce fuller information.) JBW (talk) 21:49, 18 February 2022 (UTC)

A DISCLOSURE TO ALLE especially to @DanCherek:; @Liz:; @Anachronist:; @Spiderone: who are familiar when I created my userpage I was suspected as a Sockpuppet of {Anonymous India (not exactly the same name but more or less this type of name)} then I found the actors page was deleted two times by two names I thought maybe due to some guidelines and policy but I was shocked to hear that Ayan was added in Rishton Ka Manjha (but from the part of production team I didn't really know about this) after that I read 2 AFD discussions very deeply and thought of creating an article for the actor. Stop forum shopping to get an article created about Ayan Nayak. Stop bothering individual editors, too. Stop asking to have redirects created, and stop making any mainspace edits whatsoever about any topic related to your conflict of interest. I have investigated the editing history of this account and other relevant accounts, including deleted edits. It is absolutely obvious that this account is a sockpuppet, without a shadow of a doubt.
