  • One more time: this is the English Wikipedia. You need to explain your edits in English. Also, this edit concerns living people, and so the edit must be verified by reference to reliable secondary sources. I warned you, and now you are temporarily blocked--you can use this period to acquaint yourself with our policies and guidelines, including this one, WP:BLP. I tried to edit the page because Wikipedia has a wrong information in the soup opera El Maleficio, you have as composers the music editors which is a mistake. I tried to add the real composers of the Incidental music. This can be verified at the end of the credits of the soup opera El Maleficio that starts today November 13, 2023 on channel 2 of Televisa univision Mexico. I´m one of the composers Roberto Sánchez Bustos An4K1nR (talk) 04:59, 14 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Drmies The user An4K1nR is is claiming to be one of the series composers. Does this fall under WP:SPA? Telenovelafan215 (talk) 07:16, 14 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
Why did you do the same thing three times even after I explained the problem to you, twice? And now we find that you do master English. Telenovelafan215, having new users do this kind of thing typically leads to disaster. Can you find proper sourcing and verify/edit the article, one way or another, so that it's correct? Thanks so much! Drmies (talk) 13:07, 14 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
Hi, first of all I´m really sorry that my contribution was percibed as disruptive edit. I didn´t see your messges and I thoght that for some reason the edit was This is the first time I try to contribute to wikipedia and I am trying to familiarize myself with your policies and processes but they are not yet clear to me.
About WP:SPA I asure you that my contribution is neutral and real. I already have credit as the composer of the opening theme.
However, the real composers are not listed in your article. Armando López, Berenice González and Osvaldo García are part of the production el Maleficio 2023 but as musical editors. The composers who made the incidental Music are
  • Alvaro Trespalacios Pérez
  • Gilberto Fernando Rodríguez Novelo
  • Jorge Félix Tena Martínez Vara
  • Roberto Sánchez Bustos
The only source I have by now to prove these is the credits that appear at the end of the 1st episode which was broadcasted in Mexico in the 13th of November 2023 through Televisa Univision Channel 2. Other souce is the transmission online in these web address https://www.lasestrellas.tv/telenovelas/el-maleficio/capitulo/el-maleficio-capitulo-completo-1-soy-enrique-de-martino
The credits appear at the very end.
I have screenshots of those credits but I do not know if they can hel and how to send them to you.
I am not sure if I can get the corroboration from Editora San Angel in which these composers are signed. I will try to get it and if I find any other page that can support this I will let you know.
Also, I can prove my identity if necessary. I do not intend to do any harm just contribute to the veracity of wikipedia.
Thanks in Advanced

Well, you're unblocked now. (Disruption: it started with the Spanish edit summary, and continued with you making the same edit again and again. I'm sure that won't happen again.) No, as far as I'm concerned you don't have to prove any identity. COI, sure, but that's not a huge deal for me, not for something factual. However, no, I'm not going to read the credits: telenovelas aren't really my genre. Telenovelafan215, can you find a source and maybe stick it in? We want to get it right and give Mr. Sanchez and his colleagues the proper credit, and you're the expert! Thanks, Drmies (talk) 17:11, 14 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
Hi, I'm sure you are not interested in soap operas. Wikipedia has a vast amount of information on human knowledge and various topics and it would be illogical to think that you would be interested in everything that gets published there.
However, I thought you would be interested in maintaining Wikipedia with truthful and verifiable information.
The little interest you show in achieving this makes me see that you are not the man of wikipedia but just someone who was given the job.
Please do not misunderstand me, it is not my intention to offend you but to try to invite you to reflect on the importance of keeping Wikipedia with genuine information, otherwise you only contribute to make wikipedia a gossip site where anyone can publish whatever they want, even lies.
On the other hand, I don't think I have explained myself well. It's not that we need to be given credits for our work. But I think it is not right to spread false information on a site as important as wikipedia.
I really hope you understand that I only wanted to contribute to your site to have correct information.
