Good day, I would like to know why my page was deleted or deemed not to be within Wikipedia’s goals ? The page I created should be well within Wikipedia’s criteria because Amor Lilman Arteaga already appears in Wikipedia under sagging for his viral song “pull your pants up” which features then Brooklyn borough President Marty Markowitz. If his information can be found under sagging its only fitting that his story should be allowed found under his own Wikipedia. I would also like to point out General Larry Platt who also appears under Wikipedia’s sagging for his anti sagging song “Pants on the ground “ has his own Wikipedia as well. That being said I respectfully ask you to restore my page. I’m open to making some changes if you feel its needed. Thanks Amorlilman (talk) 07:20, 26 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

What is your connection with Amor Lilman Arteaga? Additionally, please review Wikipedia:Notability_(music) and specifically Wikipedia:Notability_(people)#Basic_criteria, where it describes detailed information ("significant coverage in multiple published secondary sources that are reliable, intellectually independent of each other, and independent of the subject"). Wikipedia is a big place, and simply because other similar articles exist, this does not mean that the subject of the article you created is inherently notable. If you can provide links that shows how the subject meets the criteria linked above (again, please review them closely, as examples are given on those pages), I will be happy to un-delete the article for further work. Thanks for responding edit

Thanks for taking the time to respond Amorlilman (talk) 02:21, 28 May 2020 (UTC) I’ve been following Amor Lilman Arteaga for many years. I feel that his story is inspirational and deserves a page on Wikipedia. As I’ve noted he’s already on Wikipedia under sagging but I feel his His own page will more fitting and give more informative. Hope this is enough to get my page restored .

Thanks

The sandbox has been restored. Consider checking out Help:Your first article as you continue to improve the article, such as by including the above sources. Without improvement, the page could be deleted again. Best, SpencerT•C 12:45, 28 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

Thanks again, I made some revisions and added the additional the links to my sand box Article. Can you please review and tell me what more I can do to get this page made. Amorlilman (talk) 03:26, 29 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

The article needs specific references, not just a list of links, as well as substantial formatting improvements. Please review the link I provided above, specifically Help:Your_first_article#And_then_what?, which can provide further assistance. When you have made changes, add {{draft article}} to the top of the page, then click the blue button for feedback. SpencerT•C 01:45, 1 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
