The reasons left by Spicy were: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. This submission is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: This isn't going anywhere. Apparent autobiography of a self-published author, written in a blatantly promotional manner, and refbombed with unreliable WP:UGC sites and sources that have nothing to do with the subject (""Everything you need to know about Ireland's institutes of technology" and "Here's What the Scorpio Personality Is Really Like"???) This has been deleted in mainspace at Mwanandeke Kindembo and the draft creator has also been attempting to promote this subject crosswiki at Wikiquote:Mwanandeke Kindembo. I suggest the author redirect their efforts to a site like EverybodyWiki or Everipedia which has less stringent policies on notability and promotion.
