I've redirected your page to University of Science and Technology, Sana'a. The page was entirely to promotional, but did nothing to assert Dr. Aklan's notability beyond his role as rector. As you have removed the maintenance templates placed by other editors without actually addressing the issues, it appears that your purpose here is to promote Dr. Aklan. Please don't.
