Proposed deletion of Azure Urban Resort Residences

The article Azure Urban Resort Residences has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non notable building. WP:ADVERT for an unfinished condominium project.

Proposed deletion of Azure Urban Resort Residences

The article Azure Urban Resort Residences has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable hotel complex.

Makes as far as I can tell no attempt to show why this particular building (under construction no less!) is of encyclopedic notability. Notability is not inherited, so partnership with celebrities does not help this topic's notability.

Add to that copyright and advertising problems: Phrases used in this article can be found all over the web, e.g. 1 2. It's in my opinion likely that the marketing of that hotel complex has had an active hand in creating that wording.

Azure Urban Resort Residences is of an encyclopedic notability not only because of its partnership with international icons and developers but also because of its prominence in real estate industry and to the Philippine public. Azure Urban Resort Residences is the first of its kind in the Philippines.

Secondly, it should be noted that Azure Urban Resort Residences is NOT a HOTEL as being claimed by Amalthea. Azure is a world class and one of its kind development in the Philippines and a notable development in the industry. Surely Azure Urban Resort Residences is all over the web because of its public and media popularity. It should also be taken noted that the link 2 subjecting the entry for deletion is absolutely NOT relevant to the topic.
