Deletion of Bowden on Henley page

I have reversed your edit as Bowden meets criteria for inclusion because he has his own Wiki article. If you disagree that he is notable, you must first get his Wiki page deleted via the Articles For Deletion process. If the process is successful, you can then delete the Henley entry. Ghislaine Maxwell

Hello

I'm French and I'm currently translating this article to fr:Ghislaine Maxwell. I'm coming to you because I don't actually understand the details about Terramar UK (I'm afraid I don't know anything about corporate law in the UK).

An application for the UK company to be struck off was made on the 4th September 2019, with the first notice in the The London Gazette to be made on the 17th September 2019.

I understand the company will be struck off eventually, but what is the relationship with the notice in The London Gazette? The company will disappear the same day? It will induce the process of disappearance?

Hello :)

From memory there are two or three notices that go in the London Gazette, which is the official London “government” paper for these things. This gives people an opportunity to object to it being struck off - eg if a creditor believes they are owed money (whether that’s a government department like HMRC or Companies house for tax, or a another person or company).

So, it takes a few months I think in total.
