List of power plants in India edit

Hello. As you can see, List of power stations in England does include closed stations as well, so we can of course include unfinished projects in the Indian list. And since Wikipedia lists are only a reflection of what articles we have on Wikipedia, we should very well include the capacity numbers that are stated in the articles. I agree that many of the articles need cleanup but there is no sense in introducing a list that is not related to content in the main articles. If you have reliable numbers from the CEA, please update the individual articles first before asking to use these numbers in a list. De728631 (talk) 16:50, 16 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Rihand Thermal Power Station edit

This is an automated message from VWBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Rihand Thermal Power Station, and it appears to be a substantial copy of http://powermin.nic.in/ministry_of_power/generation_plants/thermal/pages/A%20View%20of%20Rihand%20Thermal%20Power%20Station.htm.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
