If I may comment, I think your reduction of the evaluation to a set of strict number standards is counterproductive. Some admins have never fought vandals. Others have rarely edited user talk, preferring to talk at WP:talk or article:talk. Finally, we don't want to encourage recipefication of adminship... - crz crztalk 02:23, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
