Request reason:

There is an entire list of magicians who have used Wikipedia for advertisement. Individuals with absolutely no references. This was a specific attempt to address this misuse of this public resource. Just because you may like someone, doesn't mean they are actually noteable. Since was not a bot, and not actually bot-like, as it was deliberate and specific to only those users without proper referencing, it should not result in a block

Decline reason:

You nominated several articles for deletion that were not unreferenced, and so quickly that, even if you're a very fast reader, it's impossible that you actually checked the references. Since you are planning to continue the same kind of edits if you are unblocked, we won't be able to unblock you, and we'll have to hope that someone else will be willing to take the time to look at these articles, marking the non-notable people for deletion and improving the writing in the ones about notable people.
