August 2024

  Hello, I'm CNMall41. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Double iSmart, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. CNMall41 (talk) 09:59, 9 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

  You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Double iSmart. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. CNMall41 (talk) 10:12, 9 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

  Please stop. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia without adequate explanation, as you did at PT Sir, you may be blocked from editing. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 11:59, 9 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

  You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to PT Sir. Materialscientist (talk) 12:03, 9 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

Reliable source?

edit

I presume that you are the author of this posting at CinemaGuru.com. Given that the website posts the disclaimer: "Box Office data is compiled from various sources. However, we do not take any responsibility for the authenticity of this data in any manner." I don't think we can take this as a reliable source. August 2024 - again

  You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you insert a spam link, as you did at Gadar 2. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines.

A Wikipedia page for your website

edit

In this edit, you inquired of Rusty Cat about creating a Wikipedia for your website Cinema Guru. You are, of course, free to try. To do so, create a draft at Draft:Cinema Guru, and then after you've filled in the content, submit the draft through the Articles for Creation process. But I would caution you not to bother. Your website does not appear to meet Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion for websites, and your submission will likely be rejected. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 11:34, 12 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

How will my website appear to meet Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion for websites Altamash422 (talk) 11:42, 12 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
I provided a link to WP:WEB, the Wikipedia policy page regarding notability of websites. Please read it. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 11:45, 12 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
"I read this, but can I try to create this page on Wikipedia? If I try, will it affect my Wikipedia account?" Altamash422 (talk) 11:57, 12 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
You have already been blocked once for adding spam links to your website. If you create an article about your website that is deemed to be purely promotional, you will likely be blocked again, perhaps permanently. And, to be certain, your article will not be accepted for publication. I recommend that you find more useful ways to contribute to Wikipedia.
