This is a joint account held by members of the Bowen Family Trust & Estate. We have cited earlier points to the information, believing it not only relevant but also wish to discuss missing or factually incorrect entries concerning his war time activities (several battles missing, missing awards, etc).

Further, we recently moved most of the military artefacts, paintings and records to the war museum of Fort Campbell, Kentucky. We will be accessing these records to further cite our evidence by the help of US Army Major Michael Kelly within the coming days.

WP:RS and WP:BRD

edit

All changes on Wikipedia must be based on WP:RS. Your changes to Frank S. Bowen were not based on reliable sources which is why I deleted them. When your edits are reverted you must follow WP:BRD and discuss the issues on the Article's Talk Page, and not WP:Edit war by reinstating your edits. As you are clearly related to the subject you have a WP:Conflict of interest and so your edits will be more closely scrutinized than other uninvolved editors. Finally extended details of other members of the Bowen family is not relevant to the page and will be deleted. Mztourist (talk) 07:40, 7 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

While we appreciate your writing about the founder of our Trust, we point out that a great deal of the information here is either missing relevant facts or is factually incorrect. He was born, for example, on a US base and not within Manila city proper. His name, properly, is Frank S. Bowen Jr. and his son was Frank S. Bowen III as another example. Secondly, We strongly object to any of his personal life being deleted as any other biography page is allowed to discuss the personal life of the subject. Should you or others attempt to hide or distort this information, we will either ask for the page to be locked or deleted by the relevant people or seek legal action. We will also be citing the Bowen Collection which was moved to the Fort Campbell war museum.
As advised on the article Talk Page, there is nothing there that is "factually incorrect", only deficient, nor is there any "attempt to hide or distort this information", rather you have made changes that are not based on WP:RS or which exceed WP guidelines. Given your interest you must follow WP:Conflict of interest. Your threats of legal action while empty (there is nothing libelous there and as the subject is deceased libel laws do not apply) and against community policy at most will only lead to the page being blanked which I would hardly think is a desirable outcome for the Bowen family.Mztourist (talk) 08:43, 7 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
