University proxies on source links edit

Hi Allisonmb. Thanks for adding to Deccan Traps. I've edited your references a bit to remove the university proxy from the link to the source. The proxy link helps you or anyone else from the university of toronto access the article but can be confusing for someone who is just clicking on the link, so they should almost always be removed from the URL before you add a source.
