Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Alan Grieve, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you.

In addition, your edits appeared to be excessively promotional, and lacking in independent reliable sources to back up the accuracy and encyclopedic significance of the content. (The Sunday Times article you cited might qualify, except that it appears to be primarily focused on his daughter, not him.) Please note that Wikipedia is not a repository for resumes.--Arxiloxos (talk) 17:10, 15 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

I have again reverted your changes, for the same reason Arxiloxos gives above. You must rely on properly sourced material when writing at Wikipedia, especially in the case of biographies of living people, and you must write in a neutral tone that does not appear to promote the subject.
