Wikipedians try to follow a strict policy of never biting new users. If you are unsure of how to do something, you are welcome to ask a more experienced user such as an administrator. One last bit of advice: please sign any dicussion comment with four tildes (~~~~). The software will automatically convert this into your signature which can be altered in the "Preferences" tab at the top of the screen. I hope I have not overwhelmed you with information. Request reason:

I am very new to Wikipedia. I can remove the prices of the publications included if this would help in preventing the submission from being deleted. All the content is owned by the author Anthony Spencer including the web site www.prct.org.uk. Please advise what I must do in order to avoid falling foul of wiki rules.

Decline reason:

You have violated several Wikipedia policies, including WP:PROMO, WP:COI, WP:PAID, and WP:COPYVIO. It isn't just about the prices of the publications. Your copyrighted materials would need to be properly donated to be used here(and you would need to understand the consequences of doing so); in addition, Wikipedia is not interested in what an article subject(or its representative) wants to say about itself, only in what independent reliable sources state. It's unlikely you are going to be unblocked to continue to edit within the area of your conflict of interest(COI). If you want to be a general Wikipedia contributor and edit about other, unrelated subjects, please tell what those might be in another request, I am declining this one. 331dot (talk) 10:43, 17 September 2019 (UTC)
