Request reason:

First of all, you admins marked my page and deleted it in record time of 5 minutes after I created it. Bravo to You! Seccond, you managed to mark it seccond time even before I saved it. Dont see the point of making any content on wikipedia if you block, mark, delete something before its finished without any explanation why you did it. I created a page for my friend, famous photographer in Serbia who is delegated to be new Canon Ambassador. If information about that kind of person is SPAM for you, well, congratulations to all of you Ferret, Dremwutt and others, keep up the good work AlexVulovic (talk) 23:18, 11 January 2017 (UTC)

First of all I was not requesting unblock. I will not ask for one because of:

• I made useful contribution which you deleted without any explanation
• I was not making any damage or disruption to Wikipedia

(edit conflict) I created a page for my friend... – so you have a conflict of interest. I'd like to say that I think it's a shame that you've (seemingly) decided to leave Wikipedia. The page you created was not deleted to discourage you from contributing to Wikipedia or to punish you, but because the page you created didn't adhere to Wikipedia's policies; specifically, it was largely written in a promotional tone. Your repeated removal of the speedy deletion tag and your failure to assume good faith was what resulted in your block. Again, this was not to punish you, but to prevent any further disruption to the encyclopedia by you. Also, you have misused your talk page by adding the articles content to it, contrary to the purpose of user pages, so I have removed the content. Now, I should let you know that if, after your block expires, you recreate the article with the promotional text, it will likely be protected so that you cannot create it again. Furthermore, I recommend you read our conflict of interest guideline. We welcome and strongly appreciate any constructive contributions from you.
