- PMID 7122669 is outdated from 1982, and was primary research on a commercial product. This study and related content are unencyclopedic.
- PMID 30422422 is possibly useful, but only its abstract is available. More information is needed for the general user who can't access the full report.

- This is a 1992 mouse study; unencyclopedic.
- PMID 30560075 is a rat study, and the associated text you provided is highly conjectural and unproven in humans; unencyclopedic
The content of the article as it is stated and referenced now represent the 2018 clinical view of valerian, so should remain until high-quality clinical trials and a systematic review are available per WP:MEDRS.
