Josef Mattes moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, Josef Mattes, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Managing a conflict of interest

edit

  Hello, Alecsodian. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Robert McClenon (talk) 21:32, 23 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

COI Inquiry

edit

Your only edits have to do with Wolfgang Georgsdorf; Osmodrama, which is an enterprise by Georgsdorg using Smeller (technology); Smeller (technology), an invention by Georgsdorf; and Josef Mattes, his son. Do you have a financial or other connection with Georgsdorf or one of his enterprises?

If so, please read the conflict of interest policy and make the required disclosure. Robert McClenon (talk) 21:00, 25 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hello @Robert McClenon:. I am currently writing my Bachelor thesis on Osmodrama and the perception of smell. I do not have any financial connection with Georgsdorf. I am sorry if I caused any inconveniences with my articles and research. I am pretty new to editing and only seek to share and consolidate my research with Wikipedia. --Alecsodian 09:57, 26 March 2019 (UTC)
