Done. I would suggest that you go about this some way other than tagging them with {{db-move}} — it took a little bit of work for me to understand why Hamirpur needed to be moved (I almost declined the request), and admins with less time may do nothing, neither believing that the page needs to be moved nor thinking it a clear enough situation that they should decline it. Perhaps you should put together a list of all District pages that need to be moved to district, and then either mention it to an admin who's already familiar with the situation, or leave a message at WP:AN explaining what's going on and asking for help. If you want to do the contact-an-admin route, you should feel free to ask me for continued assistance. Nyttend (talk) 20:37, 22 September 2013 (UTC)

@Nyttend: Thanks. It was just those two that I saw in a cursory look, so I did them individually. When/if I get to auditing all of them, which is pretty low priority, I'll do it with a list and a better explanation.

Has there been any discussion of a separate "delete page" right that one might get without being an admin? Not that I do a lot of these, but I might look for and do more if it were a faster process (i.e. I could just do them instead of having to waste an admin's time on what probably is fairly low-priority in the scheme of things). —[AlanM1(talk)]— 20:55, 22 September 2013 (UTC)

Not as far as I know. Deleting, protecting, and blocking are really the three most significant/powerful/dangerous-if-mishandled user rights, and they really shouldn't be available to people who haven't gone through RFA. With that in mind, I note that you've been here since 2008 with no blocks. Have you thought of asking for the "delete page" right, together with protect, block, etc.? I see only one reason to doubt that you'd be a good admin, and that's your crazy rejection of an entirely reasonable and sensible idea :-) Nyttend (talk) 03:44, 23 September 2013 (UTC)

@Alevero987: I'm sorry, but I see no evidence that I edited Brunei or {{Infobox country}}, and my suggestions at Template talk:Infobox country are unrelated. Reading the doc you provided, 82(2) seems to make English an "required translation" or maybe "secondary" language – I'm not familiar enough with other countries or the field to say how this situation is normally described. —[AlanM1(talk)]— 23:35, 3 October 2013 (UTC)
