Dear WIkipedia,

I have no conflict of Interest, rest assured. I am a student at AIU and I graduated there as PhD in Modern Thermodynamics or Systems of Various Scales. So, I know the subject very well, without having a conflict of interest. When reading the description of AIU provided by ElKevbo, it is bashing from beginning to the end. All Universities have had law suits against them, it is not the job of Wikipedia to list these law suits in the description of the University. Plus, ElKevbo goes as far as saying that a Diploma from AIU is a "fake diploma". I mean, it is ridiculous.

Plus, ElKevbo insinuates that AIU tries to misinform students about the fact that they are not accredited in USA. It is false, I have been advised of this before I did my Doctorate there. AIU is accredited in UK and has a lot of other partners. They are developping new teaching techniques, that will most probably be used by known universities later. It is my third Doctorate and I can say that AIU is probably better than all known Universities, because of their teaching methods. But, this is not the point. Bashing another institution on Wikipedia is really bad and can crate law suits against Wikipedia and the editors, like ElKevbo, if it is clearly made with bad intents. Like it is the case now.

As far as the description of AIU is concerned, ElKevbo can not say what AIU does, unless he is part of AIU top management. IT is the same for me. This is why I asked AIU management to step in this discussion. AIU should provide a description of what this University offers.

Finally, ElKevbo goes as far as saying that I made a "copyright infringement" to AIU because of the text I put on Wikipedia comes from their Web site. Then, he removed the "appropriate description that I put" and put bashing about AIU. I mean, it is ridiculous. I sent an email to AIU management and informed them of what Wikipedia is publishing about AIU. That kind of publication by Wikipedia is far more dangerous than a "supposedly" misundertood copyright problem that exist only in the head of ElKevbo. To have a problem, you have to create "prejudice". By describing AIU correctly and giving a link to their University Web Site, Wikipedia is doing a good job and there is no "prejudice". The prejudice comes from ElKevbo text, that is unfounded in laws, facts and in every aspects of sciences.

In my opinion, the bashing of ElKevbo is a proof that he does not want to contribute to knowledges, but rather to his personal ambitions. There are thousands of Companies in USA that have had law suits, for several reasons, We can not list that in Wikipedia. It does not mean that a company is bad because it has been sued. It does not mean that AIU is bad because it is no accredited! They follow a self learning method (with guiding from advisors) and help to do a Curriculum. Their program is very well done. Like I said, probably better than any other University. The accreditation process is not supposed to be evaluated by a person with 0 knowledge about teaching.

Publishing bashing like that about AIU is problematic and can cause huge "prejudices" to persons that have worked to have a diploma from this institution. So, not only Wikipedia attacks AIU, but Wikipedia attacks some graduated with "no reason & no evidence". I asked AIU to clear the "copyright" thing... J ust like if AIU asked ElKevbo to defend them about Copyrights. I mean, ElKevbo is not correct in his approach to describe institutions in my opinion.— Preceding unsigned comment added by AlainPainchaud (talkcontribs) 00:52, 31 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hello AlainPainchaud, you declared you're a student at AIU. Therefore you have an external relationship with the subject of the article and in Wikipedia definition a conflict of interest may exist.
The copyright violation comes from copy-pasting content from their website to the article. Revision deletion is a standard procedure on Wikipedia because copyright is taking very seriously here.
Wikipedia is not a soapbox or means of promotion. It doesn't matter what university management or their alumni want to see in the Wikipedia article. What matters is what has been reported about it by reliable sources. If you do not agree with the current shape of the article, then discuss it on the article talk page but stop with your disruptive editing and blanking.
Also, ElKevbo and I are not attacking this university. Even in heated situations, there is no need to make personal attacks against other users. – NJD-DE (talk) 11:37, 31 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you remove or blank page content or templates from Wikipedia without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary, as you did at Atlantic International University. NJD-DE (talk) 11:14, 31 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing from certain pages (Atlantic International University) for a period of 1 year for edit warring with a disruptive conflict of interest; unnecessarily personalizing a conflict while already blocked on the French Wikipedia for making personal attacks. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  ~ ToBeFree (talk) 13:27, 31 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hello Wikipedia,

Regarding my point for blanking the page of Atlantic International University, we had a dispute about what they called a "possible copyright problem with AIU". I mean, this is ridiculous. These guys have 0 knowledge in law and in science, it is sure. There is no "prejudice to AIU" to copy their own description of what they offer at this University.

Regarding what they called a "conflict of interests" because I am a student, they are mixing chocolate with toilet residues. I mean, the fact that I have been a student at AIU does not put me in conflict of interest, it just confirmed that I know what I am talking about, compared to the "experts of Wikipedia" that are bashing an institution that they do not know. They remind be of bad polices that fabricate evidences and false laws with judges.

For the article about AIU, I recommend that Wikipedia reads it. I mean, if it was only saying that AIU is not accredited, there is no problem as it is the truth. Also, I would be very surprised that they would be accredited one days, as it the "old teaching methods" are not good, according to them. AIU is proud to not be accredited in USA. What is the problem, is Wikipedia "self declared "experts" that know nothing about the subject. They are saying that the Diplomas at AIU are "fake". It is almost sufficient for "penal procedures" by USA General Attorney. They say that this university is a "diploma mill". This is what is said during "tavern conversations at 3h am in the morning by drunk persons, not in a respected encyclopedia. I mean, read the article, it is very short. And to support Wikipedia declarations, your "experts" put one case before the court and we do not know who won and the circumstances of the case. Wikipedia is acting like a mafia when you give power to brainless persons like them. These persons are not clever and have bad intents.

Wikipedia's written content is always published under a free license that allows everyone to use the content for any purpose, at any time. Taking content from websites with a different license, e.g. "all rights reserved", is a copyright violation: You have no right to re-license content in this way, unless you wrote it yourself. Instead of complaining about others' law knowledge, please educate yourself about this basic policy before continuing to submit content under Wikipedia's license (i.e. before making any further edit). If you do not agree with the licensing policy, do not click "Submit" on Wikipedia.
In my opinion, the disruption that led to the block proves the disruptiveness of what I'd call a prime example for a disruptive conflict of interest. The value of your degree might be significantly affected by how Wikipedia describes the university, so you are unlikely to remain truly neutral about the topic.
If you continue to personally attack other contributors, your access to this talk page will be revoked.
