Ahmadiyya flag

edit

I have removed the image of the Ahmadiyya flag on the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community page. because it is not the correct flag. The flag of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community has the verse of the Quran Walakad nasara-komullahu bibadrinwa-antum azillatun( And Allah had already helped you at Badr when you were weak) transcribed above the image of the sun as is shown in the following images:

The Kababir content you are planning on adding

edit

Some of the content refers to Ahmadis as "Qadianis" and Ahmadiyya as "Qadiyanism". Thats completly wrong —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tp 2k7 (talkcontribs) 21:25, 29 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

I just copied some text avaiable in the web together to have a material pool for looking for useful information. It will not be a copy & paste into the article. ;-) --Ahmadi2 (talk) 01:29, 30 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

So where are you going to put the link for the list of Ahmadiyya Mosques? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tp 2k7 (talkcontribs) 02:38, 26 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

First: Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not an adressbook!
Look to an article about Christianity or something siminlar and you will not find where a collecion of churches inside. But you put a lot of this stuff into the ahmadiyya-article. I would like to delete it totally but voted for shift the content to discuss the item.
Second: Where is no need for an extra List for Ahmadiyya Mosques.
Mosques of Ahmadiyya are included in i.e. List of mosques in Europe and this lists are sortable by groups where Ahmadiyya Mosques are marked with AAIIL or AMJ.
So I like to delete the List of Ahmadiyya mosques. --Ahmadi2 (talk) 02:58, 26 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Ahmadi

edit

Hi, Ahmadi2, thank you for your message. As Sufaid has suggested on the talk page, the article needs more work to clear up some ambiguities - will be working on it as and when time permits. Best regards, Nazli 14:26, 25 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

This is OK but my first intention was to reorganize the Ahmadi-article by outsourcing some text. Where is a lot more work needed, true. But it`s nasty to start work with people with bad humor talking and ereasing talk pages, isn`t it? --Ahmadi2 14:53, 25 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Credible author

edit

Hello. A credible authors' reference is being "overrided" by edit-warring. I recently tried to add to the telescope article but this editor seems to think that his opinion overrides a VERY credible author in Mr. Richard Powers. I've been blocked before for edit-warring recently, so I don't want this to be another incident on my record.

Anyway, the other editor seemed to have asked his friend-type editors to form a consensus, so I will do the same. The Islamic connection here is, Al-Haytham. He is FUNDAMENTAL to the telescope and the FATHER of optics. By definition, the summary can include him since the radio and electro-magnetic telescopes are derogatory to the average person looking at the article; I wanted to add it to the history section since it looked cleaner. Thanks for attaching the WPISLAM tag to the talk pages. When listing categories that have been analysed, could you please first update the table while attaching the tags. Otherwise, it becomes difficult for someone to later sift through the edits made and then update the table. Your help is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance. MP (talkcontribs)
Done! --Ahmadi2 (talk) 17:33, 13 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
Oops, this is another table! And now? --Ahmadi2 (talk) 17:35, 13 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
I've updated the table for the German mosques, so you don't need to do them. If you're not sure what to do with the table, don't worry about it. I'll take care of it. Thanks again. MP (talkcontribs) 17:41, 13 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Mobarak-Moschee

edit

Salaam Ahmadi,

--Ahmadi (talk) 02:11, 2 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Column G

edit

Hi Ahmadi, regarding the List of mosques in Turkey which you have started, what does the column headed G represent ? Thanks. Nedim Ardoğa (talk) 08:15, 17 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

In many countries there are lot of different organisations, groups and sects, how are running mosques. In Germany are Diyanet İşleri Türk İslam Birliği (DITIB), Avrupa Türk-İslam Birliği (ATIB), Milli Görüş, Morrocians, Albans, Ahmadiyya, Shia, Independed mosque and so one. G (= group) is to classifying, to which group, organization or sect the mosque belongs to. May be, in turquia the situation is different. Proposed deletion of Sultan Ahmed Mosque (disambiguation)

edit

The article Sultan Ahmed Mosque (disambiguation) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Disambiguation pages are strictly for disambiguating between existing articles, but there is only one relevant article linked here. Fails speedy deletion criteria.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 10:00, 1 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
