Proposed deletion of Ecole Supérieure Multinationale des Télécommunications

The article Ecole Supérieure Multinationale des Télécommunications has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No demonstration of notability per the general notability guideline and the notability guidelines for educational institutions.
