Parliament of Catalonia
editHi. No one said they were suspended. The document you are linking is dated on 28 September 2018, so I guess it does not count what happened on 9 October, when pro-independence parties effectively lost their majority after JxCat choose not to appoint replacements for their absent deputies. Further, Comín is no longer able to delegate his vote any further ([1] [2]). Thus, legally, their votes do not count. Impru20talk 15:47, 3 November 2018 (UTC)
- Nope, they are suspended. So suspended that they have appealed such a decision to the Constitutional Court ([3]). So yes, in practice it is pointless to still represent them as deputies, as they are effectively suspended and cannot vote nor exercise any of their duties as deputies.
