California seal and notaries public

The picture you posted is not a California notary public seal. That seal is described on page 7 of the California Notary Public Handbook. Also, there is already an example of a New York notary public seal in the article, although it is outdated. If an example of a seal from every jurisdiction around the world were included, the article would become very long. Jc3s5h (talk) 10:18, 9 May 2011 (UTC)
