This is really good. You did a lot of research here and are drawing from some good sources.
You'll want to make sure that you are integrating the article into what's already written on the Income Distribution page by taking sections that relate to what you've written and integrating your work with those. You can do this by going into the edit mode for Income Distribution and then copying the code from that page, pasting it in your sandbox, and then drafting the article there. Wikipedia recommends taking small sections that you'll be working on instead of the entire article for work in your sandbox.
Also, please post a link to the article that's in your sandbox to the Talk page of the Income Distribution article. You can mention that you're working on this article for a class and that you wrote a draft in your sandbox draft and would appreciate any feedback from others.
Your draft could be re-worded for tone so that it's written impartially (e.g. the word "alarming" infers is an opinion about the data you found).
Also, please take a look at the "citing your sources" article that's posted in Canvas under Wikipedia Resources for info on how to use the citation toolbar in the article to cite your sources.
