Thanks for your improvements edit

You seem to have an interest in many of the same articles I do, and have contributed a lot of useful information. I also think that a good article can be created for Windsor Mill, Maryland. I live nearby the area, and with a little more information, one that is not deleted can be written.Sebwite (talk) 23:42, 18 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

I noticed you have made a lot of good faith edits and article creations, but here are some tips for Wikipedia.

  • References are important. The reduce the likelihood of an article being deleted. If you use another website as a reference, place it between the tags <ref> and </ref>, and make a section at the bottom of the page with ==References== and {{reflist}} below that line to list them.
  • Include one or more categories for the article. To find out what category an article belongs in, look at an article on a similar or related topic, and very likely, it'll fit into the same category. You can include an article in a category by entering [[Category:category name]] at the bottom of the page for each category.
  • Businesses with one location or single locations of chain businesses are not usually notable. Such articles will likely get deleted.
  • Most roads notable enough for an article of their own in the northwest Baltimore area have been created already. Other large roads can be mentioned in an article about the town in which they are located in the transportation section.

In all, look at the raw material of other article to see how to write Wikipedia articles a certain way, and use Sandbox to experiment.Sebwite (talk) 01:25, 19 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
