Copyright violation in Kobi Karp edit

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Kobi Karp, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Kobi Karp is unquestionably copyright infringement, and no assertion of permission has been made.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Kobi Karp, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Re: User talk:Ioeth#Kobi Karp edit

I've restored the article to User:Achasearchitect/Kobi Karp. I actually deleted it under CSD G11, which is not for a copyright violation. Since another editor had expressed concern, I looked over the article and it appeared to be promotional in nature (to me, anyway). The way it is right now makes it likely to be tagged for speedy deletion again, so I restored it to a subpage in your userspace so we can work on it to clean it up a bit. The first thing would be to go through and break the article into sections with headings. You can do that by adding lines like this:

==This is a heading==

Once you add headings, a table of contents will automatically pop up at the beginning of the article. You don't need one before the first introductory paragraph, though. The next thing would be to take all of the external links that are within the article and add them to a separate section at the end, like this:

==External links==
* link 1
* link 2
* link 3
* etc

If you could do that, the article will look a lot better, and probably wouldn't get tagged for speedy deletion again. If you have any questions, just post a reply here; I'll have this page tagged so I can see if you do! Keep up the good work! Ioeth (talk contribs friendly) 19:20, 15 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

On a sidenote, are you the Eric Chase of "Eric A Chase Architecture" (http://www.eacarchitecture.com/)? Ioeth (talk contribs friendly) 19:22, 15 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for clearing that up. On another sidenote, when you leave a message on a talk page, you can very easily sign and timestamp your message by typing four tildes (like this: ~~~~). The four dashes you've been leaving (----) cause a horizontal line to be drawn on the page, so you should probably try to avoid doing that. As far as the article goes, creating an article in your user space is pretty standard practice when you want to have time to work on it and improve it. When you've made the changes that you want, let me know here, and I'll show you how to move it back into the article space. Cheers! Ioeth (talk contribs friendly) 19:40, 15 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
