AfC article review for Draft:Kuwait Vision 2035

Hi, it's likely that the Kuwait Vision 2035 draft article won't get reviewed and accepted into the mainspace because these AfC reviews take months and usually end up unsuccessful (I never saw any successful AfC reviews moving a draft article to the mainspace).

It seems very bureaucratic, biased, and unfair.

AfC supposedly works as a "peer review process" where experienced 'registered editors' can either help create an article submitted by an anonymous editor or decline the article because it is "unsuitable for Wikipedia".

Even the notability of Kuwait Vision 2035 was being questioned which is unfair because these same Wikipedia editors are turning a blind eye to "national development program" Wikipedia articles like Egypt Vision 2030, Qatar National Vision 2030, Saudi Vision 2030, and Kenya Vision 2030. Why is Kuwait Vision 2035 unfairly targeted? This isn't the article's first draft or first AfC review. This is so unfair.

Even in the year 2019 (over two years ago), "Kuwait Vision 2035" was a draft article under AfC review. How many draft articles and AfC reviews does "Kuwait Vision 2035" really need??? How come all those other countries have Wikipedia articles for their national development programs?!!! Qatar National Vision 2030, Saudi Vision 2030, Egypt Vision 2030, and Kenya Vision 2030

I think we need Wikipedia administrator help and intervention because this is very unfair. Draft:Kuwait Vision 2035 is good enough for Wikipedia. We spent a long time working on the article. We put a lot of effort into the article only for it to be wasted in Wikipedia's bureaucratic deathtrap. -- Insomniaingest 11:59, 2 September 2021 (UTC)

@Insomniaingest: I like the explanation you have, you are right, some people just delete our hard work without even discussing the deletion of the page. Many national development programs also have promotional/advertisement yet their work has "nothing" to do with our national development program which doesn't even make sense. And I also agree on your words with the intervention of the Administrators as this page hasn't been solved for quite a week. Thank you for your message.

This is just so unfair. I can create the page again in the mainspace but that user MrsSnoozyTurtle will just delete the page again and this MrsSnoozyTurtle user has a long history of deleting pages as evidenced by her talk page where Wikipedia editors always complain about her deletions. This MrsSnoozyTurtle user is not a Wikipedia administrator! Throwing accusations at fellow Wikipedia editors is a violation of official Wikipedia policy. Moreover, I never ever ignored the comments of independent AfC reviewers. We only had one comment about the article being a duplicate of another draft submission (you created the draft duplicate) and that it is promotional/advertising hence the reason I decided not to go through the AfC and requested the deletion of the draft article today. If one untangles the mess of all the duplicate versions of that article, there were definitely edits from other accounts. Thankfully, the draft article was deleted (I requested the deletion on the basis I'm the author of the work). It is my work and contributions, we can all agree on that. In the draft article, you added just one reference link to a promotional website. Your previous contributions were promotional/advertising as you copy-pasted my other work from other Kuwait-related articles. Kuwait Vision 2035 already has its own Wikipedia Arabic article and that's more than enough. I will not re-create the article in the Wikipedia English website because it will be "deleted and moved to the draftspace" and I will not put my work up for review in the AfC process. It's my work, we can all agree on that. I am not interested in the Wikipedia English website anymore. It is clear that I am wasting my time and effort. I requested your help in June 2021 when I asked you to create the article and now I realise it was a mistake. There is an Arabic language article and that's really all we need.
