Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Abm Mujahid edit

May 2024 edit

Hello Abm Mojahidul Islam Nayem. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Abm Mojahidul Islam Nayem. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Abm Mojahidul Islam Nayem|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. DoubleGrazing (talk) 06:20, 1 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

Sir, it was my mistake. I am not a paid user. I am an employee of Blue Dream. I believe Wikipedia is a trusted platform, and all the theories here are correct. I am a new editor at Wikipedia, so this kind of error happened. Please tell me what I should do now. Abm Mojahidul Islam Nayem (talk) 06:50, 1 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
Saying you're an employee of the organisation you write about, and saying you're not a paid user, are mutually exclusive and contradictory. I presume you get paid for your labour? That makes you a paid editor under our rules, even if you don't get expressly paid to edit Wikipedia. And even if you don't get paid for your work, you almost certainly still come under these rules, because eg. interns are covered by it. Please just make the disclosure now. Thank you. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 07:15, 1 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
Sir, I am not a paid author on Wikipedia. Abm Mojahidul Islam Nayem (talk) 07:47, 1 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
You're writing about Blue Dream. You've stated above that you're an employee of Blue Dream. That makes you a paid editor, no ifs, no buts. Please make the disclosure already, this is a hard requirement and not some optional extra. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 08:57, 1 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
Ok sir. I agree with you on this argument. 103.129.213.145 (talk) 09:01, 1 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
Ok sir. I agree with you on this argument. Abm Mojahidul Islam Nayem (talk) 09:03, 1 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
It's not an argument. I'm explaining to you a Wikipedia policy. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 09:05, 1 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
Thanks you. Sir I didn't know about this policy. So this mistake was made by me. Abm Mojahidul Islam Nayem (talk) 09:08, 1 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
Can Wikipedia give the theory of Sir Blue Dream? If it can be given, how can I do it now? Abm Mojahidul Islam Nayem (talk) 06:59, 1 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hello, Abm Mojahidul Islam Nayem, welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. Your editing pattern indicates that you may be using multiple accounts or coordinating editing with people outside Wikipedia, such as ABM Mujahid Nayem (talk · contribs). Our policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow this, and users who misuse multiple accounts may be blocked from editing. If you operate multiple accounts directly or with the help of another person, please disclose these connections. Thank you. DoubleGrazing (talk) 09:42, 1 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

I was selecting paid user in my previous account by mistake. So I opened this new account. ABM Mujahid Nayem (talk) 09:50, 1 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
What are you talking about, what does "I was selecting paid user in my previous account by mistake" mean?
And please note, you are not allowed to operate two accounts in parallel to edit the same drafts or articles, take part in the same discussions, etc. You need to stop using one of them (I would suggest the newer one), and make a note of this on both user pages.
I have to say, you're going to get into trouble, if you carry on like this. You need to disclose your paid editing, stop using multiple accounts, stop promotional editing, and generally start to abide by the rules. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 10:19, 1 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
@DoubleGrazing Okk Sir, I realize my mistake so I am closing one of my accounts. Thank you sir. Abm Mojahidul Islam Nayem (talk) 10:23, 1 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

You still have not adequately responded or taken action to the inquiry regarding your appearance as an undisclosed paid editor. If you make any additional edits without complying, you may be blocked from editing. DoubleGrazing (talk) 09:43, 1 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
