Speedy deletion nomination of Motorola Defy Plus edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Motorola Defy Plus requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Big Four (banking) edit

Hello
You added a section to this page on India; do you have a citation for this? Specifically, the page is for the use of the term "Big Four", not just as a list of the four biggest banks in any particular country. Is it the case in India that "the banking industry is dominated by just four institutions" and that the phrase "Big Four" has "gained currency" to describe them? And can you supply a reference to that effect?
Thanks, Moonraker12 (talk) 14:27, 17 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

PS: Please note, this isn't the first time an unreferenced section on India has been added to this page, and been deleted for lack of response to this type of request. If the information cannot be verified it will have to be removed. Regards, Moonraker12 (talk) 14:30, 17 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for your note, and for the citations. However I notice your reference lists Axis Bank as one of the four, while your entry has PNB instead. Can you resolve this? Are they the same organization? What is the rationale for being one of the big four in India, anyway? If Punjab National is one of the four (its article page says it is third largest in assets) do you have another reference that includes it? The entry in the article and the reference will need to agree. Regards, Moonraker12 (talk) 13:34, 20 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

April 2012 edit

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed your recent edit to Big Four (banking) does not have an edit summary. Please provide one before saving your changes to an article, as the summaries are quite helpful to people browsing an article's history. Thanks! Halsteadk (talk) 21:24, 20 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Micromax Canvas 2 A110 edit

Hello Abhi.culguy,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Micromax Canvas 2 A110 for deletion, because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks,

Sockpupptery edit

Hello! You seem to be using the IP Address 164.100.194.97 to defend the article Talk:Micromax Canvas 2 A110. This can lead to a ban from Wikipedia. A checkuser can check to see whether you have been using the IP address to sockpuppet. The reason kfro suspecting that you are using a sockpuppet is: defending an article that anyone else wouldn't know has been through speedy deletion other than two people: the first defender (you) and the nominator, as the tag was taken down quickly. jcc (tea and biscuits) 12:28, 9 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
