If You Could Say it in Words is a 2008 Romance film directed, written, and co-produced by Nicholas Gray, other producers include Katharine Clark Gray, and Adam Eisenstein; and starring Alvin Keith and Marin Ireland. It tells the story of Nelson Hodge (played by Alvin Keith) a lower class painter with undiagnosed Asperger's Syndrome who is immersed in completing a triptych of emotion paintings; and Sadie Mitchell (played by Marin Ireland) a woman who is attempting to get her life back in order while sacrificing in most areas of her life. Nelson and Sadie meet by chance and an awkward romance starts between them and starts to bring their flaws to the surface.

The movie won Best Feature and Best of Festival at the Derby City Film Festival in Louisville, KY. The producers have indicated that while production has been completed it is currently being entered in multiple United States Film Festivals in hopes of finding a distributor. The movie been featured favorably in articles on the websiteWrong Planet website, An online Community for Autism and Autism spectrum disorders due to it's portrayal of Asperger's Syndrome

Alex Plank, founder of the Wrong Planet community for Autism and Autism spectrum disorders introduced the movie with an interview containing Alvin Keith(who plays Nelson Hodge) and Nicholas Gray(Director). .[1]Alex later submitted a review for the movie detailing his apperciation for the film's three dimensional but not overexaggerated interpretation of the disorder.[2]
